Ingredients:
1 (40 oz) can of Bruce’s cut yams, drained, 
½ cup brown sugar, 
½ teaspoon cinnamon, 
¼ teaspoon salt, 
1 egg, beaten, 
4 tablespoons melted butter, 
1 (16 oz) bag of miniature marshmallows.

Ingredients:
1 Ciabatta Sandwich Roll, 
2 slices of mozzarella cheese, 
1/4 medium tomato, sliced, 
5 thin slices of Turkey, 
3 slices bacon, cut in half and cooked {for a total of 6 pieces}, 
1/4 avocado, mashed, 
1/8 tsp. salt, 
1 tsp. salted butter.

3 cloves garlic minced,
1 onion diced,
3 carrots peeled and diced,
2 stalks celery diced,
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme,
5 cups chicken stock,
2 bay leaves,
3/4 cup uncooked orzo pasta,
1 sprig rosemary,
Juice of 1 lemon,
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves.
