And I used 2 pkgs of chocolate pudding.  Other options I have seen is Lemon filling or blueberry pie filling in place of the chocolate layer and a graham cracker crust suggested sounds perfect!

2 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese, 
2 cups low-sugar pasta sauce, 
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed + drained,

1 egg white, 
1 tsp garlic powder.
