Tissue Paper PomPoms Tutorial
Step 1: Lay 8-10 sheets of tissue paper on a table with a short end closest to you.
Step 2: Accordion fold the tissue paper all the way to the end - make each fold approximately 1 inch.
Step 3: Once you have your paper accordion folded, fold the whole thing in half to mark the middle (this doesn't need to be exact, just close).
Step 4: Cut two small slits or notches on either side of the tissue paper. Then tie string around the middle (in the slits/notches) to hold everything together. Make sure your string will be long enough to be used to hang your pompom when you're done. Thread & fishing line are great for this, because they are almost invisible when hanging.
