Killer Strawberry Kiwi Green Smoothie.
1-2 tablespoons flaxseeds,
2 cups fresh organic spinach,
1 cup wheatgrass,
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other non-dairy milk),
2 cups frozen strawberries,
2 whole fresh kiwis,
sweetener (optional - I don't use any, but you may want to if you are still getting used to green smoothies. If you do need it, go for stevia, agave syrup, or honey).
