6 oz soy chorizo (optional)\n
1 green bell pepper\n
1 cup okra\n
½ onion\n
3 celery ribs (about 1½ cups)\n
2 cloves garlic\n
1 16-oz can diced tomatoes & green chilis\n
1½ cups vegetable broth\n
½ tsp paprika\n
¼ tsp salt\n
¼ tsp ground black pepper\n
¼ tsp cayenne pepper\n
3 cups cooked cilantro rice

½ teaspoon seasoning salt, 
¼ teaspoon sugar, 
½ teaspoon dijon mustard, 
1½ tablespoons reduced fat mayo, 
1½ tablespoons fat free plain greek yogurt, 
4 hoagie rolls or pita pockets, 
optional: lettuce and tomatoes.

4 ounces (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed,
2 tablespoons pesto, 
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley.
