Greek Chicken Marinade

1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 
juice of 1 lemon, 
4 garlic cloves, minced, 
1 tbsp dried oregano, 
2 tsp dried thyme, 
1 tsp salt, 
1 tsp ground black pepper, 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

4 eggs, 
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 
1 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 
2 teaspoons vanilla, 
1 cup chopped Pecans, 
1/4 cup Cinnabon Syrup (if using Maple Syrup, add 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon instead of 1), 
Drizzle:
Icing from cinnamon rolls, 
Cinnabon Syrup (or Maple Syrup, if you don’t have Cinnabon’s).

15 oz Canned Sweet Corn, rinsed and drained, 
1 cup Spinach, chopped, 
1/2 Red onion, diced.

Ingredients: 2 cups Quinoa, 4 cups Chicken stock, 4 oz Feta cheese crumbles, 15 oz Can S & W Jalapeno Black Beans, rinsed and drained, 15 oz Canned Sweet Corn, rinsed and drained, 1 cup Spinach, chopped, 1/2 Red onion, diced.
