One Pot Taco Spaghetti
All your favorite flavors of tacos in spaghetti form - made in ONE PAN! So cheesy, comforting and stinking easy with no clean-up!
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground beef
1 (1.25-ounce) package taco seasoning
1 (10-ounce can) Ro*Tel® Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 tablespoon tomato paste
8 ounces spaghetti
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Roma tomato, diced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Restaurant-Style Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds red potatoes (about 8 small), quartered, skin left on, 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt, divided, 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces.
