2 Tbsp olive oil, divided\n
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper\n
2 pinches salt\n
1 1/2 barlett pears, sliced thin\n
6 oz low-moisture mozzarella cheese, diced\n into 1/2-inch cubes\n
3 oz goat cheese, crumbled\n
5 oz Italian sausage (good quality), cooked and crumbled as cooking\n
Yellow corn meal, for dusting\n
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped into thin ribbons
