1lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs pepper,  1 cup of honey,  
½ cup of low sodium soy sauce, 
¼ cup ketchup,  
2 TB vegetable oil,

½ cup diced onion,  
¼ tsp. red pepper cornstarch sesame seeds,  white rice (optional).

3 cups chopped broccoli florets (from about 2 heads)\n
1/4 tsp dried thyme\n
Salt and freshly ground black pepper\n
6 Tbsp all-purpose flour\n
3 cups milk (preferably 1% or 2%)\n
1/2 cup heavy cream\n
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz)\n
1/3 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese (1 oz)
