Herbed Cucumber Bites

INGREDIENTS\n
8 oz block of cream cheese, softened\n
1/4 c fresh dill (or 1 tbsp dried)\n
2 tbsp dill pickle juice (just the stuff form the jar)\n
3/4 tsp onion powder\n
1/2 tsp garlic powder\n
pepper\n
1 green onion, finely chopped\n
1 cucumber, sliced\n
parsley to garnish (optional)
