A cheesy pasta and beef one-pan meal that's ready in minutes.

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef, 
1/2 a large yellow onion, chopped, 
2 cloves garlic, minced, 
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with their juice, 
1/2 cup chicken or beef broth, 
1/2 cup water, 
8 ounces orzo, 
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 
Salt and pepper, 
4 cups chopped kale or baby spinach, 
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cut into smaller pieces, 
1-2 cups frozen broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces, 
1 cup carrots, sliced, 
1/2 cup cashews (unsalted works best so as not to oversalt the recipe), 
1 tablespoon olive oil, 
1/2 cup soy sauce, 
4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, 
3 tablespoons ketchup, 
1 tablespoon brown sugar, 
1 garlic clove, minced, 
1 tablespoon ginger paste, 
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 
salt and pepper to taste, 
1/2 cup water or chicken broth.

2T sushi rice seasoning, 
150g beef tenderloin steak, 
6 sheets of taosted nori (i.e. paper-thin sheets of dried seaweed), 
2 spring onions, 
4T toasted sesame seeds, 
1T oil, some Japanese pickled ginger.

250g sushi rice (i.e. short-grain rice), 1.25 cups of water, 1 piece of kombu (i.e. seaweed), 2T sushi rice seasoning, 150g beef tenderloin steak, 6 sheets of taosted nori (i.e. paper-thin sheets of dried seaweed), 2 spring onions, 4T toasted sesame seeds, 1T oil, some Japanese pickled ginger.
