1/3 cup fresh lime juice\n

1 1/2 tsp honey\n

3 cloves garlic, minced\n
Salt and freshly ground black pepper\n

1 1/2 medium avocados (ripe but semi-firm), diced\n
2 medium Roma tomatoes, chopped\n
1/2 cup chopped red onion, rinsed under cool water to remove harsh bite\n
1 clove garlic, minced\n

This recipe first came from Autumn Calabrese! I made an adjustment or two because the 1st time I made them they were way too moist. She counts them as a treat and, as the founder of the 21 Day Fix, she’s kind of an expert. Lol. BUT I’m going to count these as 1/2 blue, 1/2 yellow and 1/2 purple (if any purple at all really).\n\n
Ingredients:\n
1.5 cups almond flour \n
1/8 tsp salt \n
3/4 tsp baking soda \n
1 tbsp coconut oil melted \n
2 eggs \n
3/4 cup bananas, mashed (about 1.5 bananas)\n
